Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via ACH, wire transfer, or annual invoice.
When am I charged?
Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). Overage tokens are billed at the end of the cycle. You will get a receipt for every charge by email.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes — annual plans save 20%. Switch anytime in Workspace → Billing. We will prorate your current cycle and apply the credit to the annual term.
How do refunds work?
30-day money-back guarantee on every paid plan. Cancel within 30 days of your first paid invoice and email billing@neuralai.io — no questions asked.
Do you charge taxes?
We charge VAT/GST where required by law (EU, UK, AU, NZ, and more). Enter your tax/business ID at checkout to apply the reverse charge if eligible.
My card was declined — what now?
We retry declined cards for 7 days before pausing the workspace. Update your card in Workspace → Billing, or contact billing@neuralai.io for help.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Add your company name, address, and VAT ID in Workspace → Billing. Every receipt becomes a tax-compliant invoice automatically.
